Over the past 25 years, Mr. Daniels has held the positions of Chairman, Director, CEO and CFO for several Canadian and US-based, private and publicly traded technology, biomedical and strategic hi-tech mineral companies. Mr. Daniels’ extensive management experience includes a focus on corporate finance, strategic planning, project development and corporate governance matters. Mr. Daniels has led in the raising of many tens of millions of dollars for various projects and companies over the course of his career. Prior to his involvement in public companies, Mr. Daniels spent 8 productive years in the investment industry as a licensed stockbroker, assistant manager, and an integral member of the new underwritings team. Mr. Daniels holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Corporate Finance from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Watters is and has been a Director of several Public Companies and brings an extensive record of Corporate Governance experience to AI/ML Industries. Mr. Watters is a co-founder of several successful early stage start up enterprises. He has been an integral part of raising nearly $260 million for start-up and development opportunities in his career in a wide variety of sectors including mining, high-tech and the biotech industries. Mr. Watters is currently Business Development for East Africa Metals Inc. as well as serving as Director several to other Public Companies. He has been the President of his own private investment vehicle, Talisman Venture Partners since 1999.

Fabrice has three decades of extensive IT knowledge and expertise with an impressive 11-year track record as a trailblazer in the digital health sector. In 2021, Fabrice established Tech2Heal SAS, a company dedicated to driving the digital health revolution through the development of a code-free, interoperable, and rapidly deployable SaaS platform. Prior to that, in 2013, Fabrice spearheaded the creation of Ignilife, a pioneering SaaS platform for primary prevention in Europe. This groundbreaking platform, available in six languages and serving markets in France, Switzerland, Brazil, and Belgium, established strategic partnerships with prestigious insurance firms such as Malakoff Médéric, Groupe Mutuel in Switzerland, and Unimed in Brazil. Prior to these accomplishments, Fabrice held significant roles as a Business Unit Director/Manager within various technology companies.

As CEO, Paul Duffy brings over 30 years of dynamic leadership and a proven track record in the commercialization of digital technologies to AI/ML Innovations Inc.. Before joining the company, Paul was President and Chairman of NexTech3D.AI (NTAR) and Co-founder and CEO of ARHT Media Inc. (ART), where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in inventing, patenting, and commercializing numerous technologies using AI, AR and Holograms.

With a distinguished career spanning senior leadership roles at TELUS Health, Medisys, Lifemark, and 3M, Mr. Kendall brings extensive expertise in revenue generation, strategic planning, and team leadership. An accomplished leader in healthcare and technology, Mr. Kendall has consistently driven organizational growth and innovation. His proven ability to scale businesses, cultivate strategic alliances, and optimize operations has made him a transformative force across Canada, the US, and Europe.

Esmat Naikyar brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his role as Interim Chief Product Officer. His background showcases a strong foundation in leading start-ups that pioneer a future where AI and big data converge to transform healthcare through the design and implementation of systems that employ AI for automated decision making. Esmat is at the forefront of guiding AIML's subsidiary, Health Gauge Inc., in the development of advanced Neural Networks, contributing to the ongoing evolution of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications in healthcare.
